So Nan Desu Kan is coming up in a month and I want to make a funtastic costume for it. Also for Anime North 2010.
SO. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 late at night + wandering mind = costume idea get! Why Scyther? Why not?? The design's of course subject to change, and I already know I'm gonna make the boots shorter. Like only halfway to my knees instead of just shy of them. I know the scythe looks weird and too big, but changing the shape would either look awkward or prevent me having my arm inside. Finally, I'm thinking I might have pockets behind the spikies on the hips. Scyther's hips = hammerspace. Scyther and Pokemon are copyright Game Freak Inc. The costume design is inspired by =CanineHybrid's Pokemon costumes, I felt I had to give credit where it's due for that. |
